DESCRIPTION:
RockFace is a SplitFace surface that has been hand chiseled/pitched. The advantage over natural SplitFace is the ability to pitch to a line in order to match up mortar beds.
Please note some suppliers refer to this as Pitch Face. Mezger prefers RockFace for specification purposes. Understand there is a significant difference in RockFace vs SplitFace. Rockface requires handwork on every piece making it much more costly.
